AHP offers advice on listed building consent and enabling development for schemes by both private owners and house builders, who must know the significance of a historic building – and the likely impact of any new development – before planning permissions are given. Clients have included Persimmon Homes, Rydon Homes, P. J. Livesey Group and M. J. Gleeson.
AHP has also undertaken significance assessments for major commercial/office redevelopment schemes in London, Bristol, Liverpool and Manchester. Clients have included the Crown Estate, Land Securities and a number of local authorities.
